Rick is an excellent ally to have during the home buying process. My wife and I looked at several homes where Rick was able to draw meaningful insights from his experience buying and building homes. He helped us make reasonable offers that resulted in our dream home! When the seller's agent or title company had inconsistencies, he was able to spot it and quickly get it corrected.

I wish I could write all of the reasons why working with Rick has been one of my absolute best experiences. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, but patient and really cares about his customers. I could go on and on about all of the things he did to make sure we ended up in the house that we have dreamed. Much of what he did was above and beyond what any realtor would ever do to help their clients….Rick truly cares and knows what he is doing. We purchased our house from over 800 miles away and never saw the house in person until the day before closing, and it did not disappoint. Rick is such a pleasure to work with and actually has shown to be a good friend in the process. Very highly recommend!
